We are currently seeking applications for a Machine Operators who have the experience and ability to operate a variety of machinery and to assist with consumer demand for high quality products within both the domestic and international market. You will be part of teams that like challenges and achieving targets.

These roles require you to ensure efficient operation of the lines with the ability to think ahead and multi-task, enabling fast changeovers with minimal downtime. You must be an active team player with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and the attainment of demanding output and quality levels.

These 'hands on' positions require your ability to adjust to a changing workload and demands throughout the working day and week, a willingness to learn new skills and ability to troubleshoot as your experience allows. Your experience in the operation of a variety of machinery will assist you in these key roles.

You will be highly motivated, a quick learner and have a proven track record of applying yourself to obtain successful outcomes. A strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to react quickly to issues and keen attention to detail will stand you in good stead. Your communication skills will be well developed across all disciplines, to ensure smooth operation.

You must be able to work a variety of shift patterns and may be required to work in different roles within the area.
