Job Description

Work from home.  This position is a good match for applicants who already have an employer portfolio or telemarketing/sales experience and are proficient with databases.

  • Reach out to employers by email, telephone, social media and networking events
  • Obtain job descriptions and requirements from employers
  • Post jobs in R2W's system.
  • Select criteria for matching applicants.
  • Recruit high scoring applicants by email and telephone.
  • Email applicant profiles to employers
  • Provide employers with resumes of qualified applicants.
  • Follow up with employers to confirm applicant interviews and placements

Job Requirements
  • Proficiency with tools: Zoom, Outlook, One Drive, Calendars, and others.
  • Telemarketing and sales skills.
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Data entry & data management
  • Technical problem solving
  • Experience working with people with disabilities is preferred
  • Experience in a self directed work environment is preferred

You need your own PC and internet connection to get started.  Software and support will be provided at no cost.

Pay:  commission except for certain free-to-all events in which case you will be paid a base salary plus bonus.

This position requires about 10-20 hours of training as a volunteer.
